What data we collect and how we use it

1. TL;DR
WinWinUSDT is a decentralized platform. We don't create accounts, don't ask for email/password on wallet connect, and don't hold your funds. The only thing visible is your public wallet address — as in any blockchain.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Automatically on wallet connect
- Public wallet address — saved in your browser's localStorage so you don't reconnect every time. Not sent to any server.
- Blockchain data — all BSC transactions are public and visible on BscScan regardless of your consent.
2.2. When submitting the contact form
- Name, email, message — only what you provide.
- Sent via FormSubmit to our email.
2.3. Technical data
- Vercel hosting may automatically log IP, user-agent and requested page (standard practice).
3. What we do NOT do
- We don't collect seed phrases or private keys.
- We don't have access to your funds.
- We don't use cookie trackers, ad pixels, or Google Analytics.
- We don't sell or share data with third parties.
- We don't send spam.
4. localStorage and cookies
The site uses localStorage to:
- save the connected wallet address (
winwin_user_address); - save the WalletConnect connection flag (
wc_connected); - save the referral code for 7 days (
winwin_ref); - remember the selected matrix (
lastMatrix).
All this data stays in your browser only and is never transmitted. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
5. Blockchain interaction
To operate, your browser makes requests to public BSC RPC nodes (in particular via Alchemy). These requests are visible to the RPC provider and are logged by them as standard. No personal data is transmitted.
6. FormSubmit
The contact form works via FormSubmit.co. When you submit, your name, email, and message are sent to that service and then to our email. See their policy at formsubmit.co/privacy.
7. Storage and deletion
Contact form emails are stored in our mailbox for up to 12 months. To have your message deleted — write again with subject "Delete my data".
8. Children
The Platform is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Your rights
You can:
- request information about your data we hold;
- request deletion of your data;
- skip the contact form and write directly to our email.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page. Last update date is shown above.
