1. General provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the decentralized platform WinWinUSDT, available at winwinusdt.com ("Platform").

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you disagree with any point — please stop using the Platform.

2. Nature of the platform

WinWinUSDT is decentralized software running on a smart contract in the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain. The Platform:

• is not a legal entity, financial institution or exchange;
• does not store, accept or manage user funds;
• does not provide investment, financial or advisory services;
• is not a payment system.

All interactions occur directly between users (P2P) through the public smart contract at 0xdB5b9337d44713928A0D295f52CCB03A4681279C.

3. Conditions of use

To use the Platform, you must:

• be of legal age (18+) in your jurisdiction;
• have your own crypto wallet supporting BSC (BEP-20);
• ensure the safety of the seed phrase and private keys yourself;
• bear full responsibility for all transactions signed by your wallet.

4. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Crypto volatility. Prices of USDT and BNB may change.
• Smart contract risk. Despite audit and open code, theoretical vulnerabilities exist.
• BSC network risk. Delays, RPC node failures, gas price spikes are possible.
• Key loss risk. Losing the seed phrase irreversibly removes access to funds.
• No income guarantees. The Platform does not promise or guarantee any income or return on investment.

5. Prohibited actions

It is prohibited to:

• use the Platform in violation of your jurisdiction's laws;
• use automated scripts to manipulate the contract;
• impersonate representatives of the platform or the project team;
• spread knowingly false information about the Platform.

6. No warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, RPC nodes, interface or smart contract.

7. Limitation of liability

The WinWinUSDT team, developers and domain owners are not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Platform;
• actions of third parties, including hackers, scammers, fraudsters;
• loss of wallet access for any reason;
• legislative changes restricting the Platform's operation.

8. Intellectual property

The design, texts, logos and code of winwinusdt.com are the intellectual property of the project. Copying and commercial use without permission is prohibited. The smart contract source code is open and available for verification on BscScan.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new edition.
